Most of support requests are answered within 24 hours or 48 hours and resolved in the same period of time. Valid Monday-Friday (weekends not included).

We do not have dedicated support-only positions on the team and we make sure all technical questions are answered directly by the very same developers that created the product.


For technical/general questions, we recommend using our forums - we answer quickly any questions posted there.
